How to Order
If You Encounter Problems Shopping or Checking Out
Our site requires a fairly recent browser, so if you find that you’re having problems adding products to the cart or checking out, it could be that you’re using a very old version of browser. Another common problem upon checkout is the billing information that is entered on the checkout form doesn’t match the billing address for your credit card. They MUST match (including the name on the card) for the transaction to process properly. If this happens, you should receive an error message that alerts you to the problem. Simply correct the billing information on the form and your order should go through.
If you continue to have problems, you can also call us to complete your order. If it’s after hours, email us so we can call you the next day.
You will typically receive 2 emails about your order. The first immediately confirming that your web order has been received. The second confirms that the order has cleared final processing and is shipping. If you’ve created an account, you can also check on your order by logging in and clicking on the “My Account” link at the top right of every page. Once there, you can check your order history, update address and billing information, change your password or change your email address.
Orders placed after hours will be processed the following morning. Orders placed on Friday evening or over the weekend are processed Monday morning. Please take into account your order day and time when calculating delivery dates.

We promise complete satisfaction! So, if you aren’t 100% delighted with an item, we’ll exchange it; OR you can receive a full refund when you return it within 60 days of the purchase date.
Estimated Sales Tax
We are required to collect and remit state and local sales tax from the following states; Indiana, Kentucky and Illinois. Shipping charges can also be charged at the state, county and local municipal level, so rates may vary based on your location, even within the same state.
The Fine Print
Additional LOCAL sales taxes apply in your area. This amount is added during final processing. The final total will be automatically emailed to you when the order enters final processing. Local sales taxes range from less-than 1% to up-to 3%. Please contact Customer Service if you need more information about sales tax in your area.
Some states do not collect taxes on some food items and food some items in our online store are tax exempt.
Note: Per U.S. Tax Laws, all taxes collected are remitted to the state and locality for which they are collected.
Currently, we are unable to fulfill international orders. In addition to the contiguous US, we ship to addresses in Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Guam and the Virgin Islands, as well as APO and FPO addresses. Shipping and handling covers the processing, packaging and delivery of an order to one US address. Shipping and handling rates apply to merchandise total and shipping in most states.

If an order is shipped to more than one address in the US, each address will be charged at prevailing rates.
